Sustainably grown vegetables and flowers

from Montana's Bitterroot Valley

Our specialty is locally grown, sustainably produced veggies, fruit, and flowers.  We love growing healthy, homegrown produce.  Keep it in the Root!

You'll find our produce and flowers at select restaurants in Stevensville and at the 2016 Hamilton Farmer's Market. You may also purchase produce directly from our farm.

   About

Brave Bear Farm is located in Stevensville, MT, about halfway between Missoula and Hamilton.  We specialize in sustainably grown flowers and mixed veggies, available at the Hamilton Farmer's Market and through veggie shares purchased directly from the farm.  To sign up for a share or learn more, check out our purchasing section.  Our contact information can be found at the bottom of the web page.

We are committed to bio-intensive, sustainable growing practices.  We will NEVER use chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or GMO inputs.  We are also committed to preserving the integrity of our soils, enhancing our local economy, and protecting wildlife habitat, and our farming practices respect those values.

Owned and operated by Lindsay and Jeremiah Jordan, our farm is all about strengthening our community and our landscape.  We are Montana natives who developed a passion for agriculture and the outdoors in our adolescence, and we have been farming and gardening in Montana and Oregon for eight years.
